1 Michelin-starred Wagyu Takumi plans on winning every couple's heart this Valentine's Day. In the spirit of love, newly appointed Executive Chef Daisuke Mori has prepared a sensational French x Japanese inspired 8-course Valentine’s Day Dinner menu for the special night. Tucked away within a quiet enclave in Wan Chai, Wagyu Takumi’s intimate 13-seater space is truly the perfect place to cosy up with your loved one over fine food and wine this Valentine’s Day.

Starting with a seasonal Amuse Bouche, Chef Mori will guide you and your partner on a Michelin-starred gastronomic journey through the romantic cities of Paris and Tokyo. Included in the menu are dishes like the succulent French “Oyster”, a known aphrodisiac garnished with Wagyu Jambon and Olive Oil Peal; a velvety-smooth and pan-fried “Foie Gras” accompanied by sweet, exotic fruits; and of course, the restaurant’s namesake and Chef Mori’s pride, the “Japanese Wagyu”, which is charred slowly over Japanese binchotan coals to achieve an unbelievably rich, tender and smoky finish.
