It's never too soon for us to plan out the weekend -- this weekend you will find us at Blue -- recently the Butcher and Meat Specialists reintroduced their newly renovated venue to the public as well as re-launched their brunch and lunch menus. Whether it is for a quick weekday lunch with colleagues / friends, or a leisurely weekend brunch, Blue is the ideal venue offering up live music and free flowing champagne.
The new weekend brunch offers their free flow package and live music on Saturdays and Sundays, along with a series of buffet style stations offering fresh salads, fresh seafood, oysters, cold cuts and cheeses. Notable is their infamous foie gras station, where their chefs will pan-fry foie gras on order.
Chose from their selection of mains. Meat lovers should check out their Signature Cuts served with a Green Salad and Black Truffle & Parmesan Fries (starting from +HK$250). We love the sound of the Coal Roasted Vegetable Platter with Slow Cooked Egg -- yum yum !
For dessert -- homemade ice cream is on offer, daily cake offerings, as well as a Crêpe & Tart station, for unlimited visits to enjoy create-your-own crêpes.
Add on the free flow bubbly package for an additional HK$290, which includes Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne, Casa Lapostolle Merlot, Casa Lapostolle Sauvignon Blanc,
Mulberry Fizz, Sherry Aperol and House Draft.
Can’t wait until the weekend? Not to worry- Blue are proud to present a new set lunch menu priced at HK$198 per person. Including unlimited visits to the salad buffet, a choice of main with options such as 45 Day Dry Aged Butcher’s Burger with fries and all-i-oli, Home Made Sausages & Thick Cut English Bacon with free range fried eggs and Pan Roasted Seabass with caper sauce and slow cooked fennel salad to name a few.
Blue Brunch is open Saturdays (from 12.00pm – 3pm) and Sunday (from 11:30am to 3pm) and is priced at HK$390 + 10% service charge.
Lunch is served every weekday from 12noon to 2:30pm and priced at $198.
