In celebration of the 1st anniversary of Issaya Siamese Club Hong Kong, celebrity chef Ian Kittichai returns to Hong Kong with an exciting new menu available from August 25 till August 27, 2016.
For 3 nights only, Chef Ian Kittichai will be hosting a New Thai Creation Tasting Dinner to introduce stunning new twists to the tasting menu.The 5-course tasting menu showcases Issaya’s contemporary Thai cuisine inspired by Ian Kittichai, using his refined culinary techniques and the freshest ingredients of the season.
Yellow Tail Tuna & Watermelon Salad
The dinner will begin with fresh appetizers, including Yellow Tail Tuna & Watermelon Salad (quick-seared tuna with pickled watermelon rind in a lime-chili dressing), Lamb Satay (charcoal grilled in a peanut-curry sauce served with cucumber relish) and two options for the main courses : Pork Chop Sai Oua Krapao Sauce (grilled pork chop stuffed with Chiang Mai sausage in a holy basil sauce) and Black Cod Green Chili Sauce (fresh herb crusted with new season greens and a green chili-ivy emulsion).
The 5-course tasting dinner is HK$580 (plus 10% per person, minimum order for 2 persons) available at Issaya Siamese Club Hong Kong from August 25 to August 27, Thursday to Saturday, from 6pm till 11pm.
